The Faculty of Economics, Business, and Tourism is organizing a significant conference, attracting over 300 participants. This event features highly esteemed speakers, including Nobel Prize winners. Traditionally, the event has been promoted through word-of-mouth and connections with partners. Although there was an email list from previous participants, there was uncertainty about how to reach and invite more individuals from the relevant field of work.

Our strategy centered on implementing a cold email and LinkedIn campaign to engage with professionals in their field. The results were outstanding. Within just a few months, we garnered interest from over 400 individuals for the conference, leading to ongoing conversations.
