Client overview

The Faculty of Economics, Business and Tourism (EFST) in Split was organizing a major conference drawing 300+ participants, with esteemed speakers including Nobel Prize winners. The event had always been promoted by word-of-mouth and partner connections — and while they had an email list from past attendees, they were unsure how to reach and invite more of the right people in the field.

Our strategy & results

We ran a cold email and LinkedIn campaign engaging professionals across the field. Within a few months we generated interest from 400+ individuals for the conference and 1,565 new LinkedIn connections, with targeting precision above 90% and a high response rate — a resounding success that gave the client real confidence in outbound.
