Diamond FS is a one-stop shop for facilities management across the whole of the UK, working with names like Boots, Levi's, Biffa and Lush. They came to us looking for a partner who could reliably bring in new business — and, as we found out two months in, they were quietly trialling three other agencies at the same time to see who could deliver. They were after quality and a long-term relationship. They chose us — and added two more of their group companies to our roster.
Our strategy & results
We ran a hyper-personalized cold email and LinkedIn campaign targeting retail clients across the UK with 15+ premises. We agreed to a trial period so Diamond could judge the quality for themselves: they expected 15 high-quality leads in the first two months, setup included. We delivered 36 meeting-ready leads — every one from a large company matching their ideal client profile, some with up to 50,000 employees. The results were in a different league to anything else they'd tested, which made the decision easy.
